A lifelong passion…

My name is Diane Mason, and creating beautiful things has been a lifelong passion that began when I was a little girl. My mother was a talented seamstress, and she passed that love of creating on to me. I first learned to sew at the age of 10, making a pink apron for a mother–daughter banquet at church. From that moment on, I was hooked - I loved working with my hands and seeing something beautiful come together from simple pieces of fabric.

As I grew up, sewing became a natural part of my life. By the late 1970s, I was making many of my own clothes and even sewed professionally for Blair Woolverton Boutique in Florida. Word spread that I could “make things,” and before long, I was helping others bring their ideas to life.

In 2011, my love of sewing took a new turn when I joined the quilt ministry at my church. That was when I truly discovered quilting - and I was instantly captivated. I began making prayer quilts, each one stitched with love and hope for someone in need of comfort. Over time, requests for t shirt quilts and custom designs started coming in, and my hobby naturally grew into the business I have today.

In the past few years, I’ve added embroidery to my skill set, which lets me personalize each piece even more. To me, quilting is like putting together a puzzle - every piece has its place, and when it all comes together, it becomes something meaningful and beautiful.

Creating quilts isn’t just my craft - it’s my joy and my ministry. Knowing that something I make can bring warmth, comfort, or happy memories to someone else is exactly why I keep doing what I love.
